She is one of the co-founders of the company and has more than two decades of experience in the Investment Banking and Corporate Finance business.

She has handled various capital raising mandates involving Private Equity and Debt Placements, Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, Initial Public Offerings, Structured Finance and M & A.

She has also led several cross border M&A and capital raising transactions in various different business.

The Company under her leadership has successfully concluded Deals in excess of Rs.5000 Crores over the past decade, and that too most innovative & complex in nature.

Cheryl is a senior finance and banking professional having held key positions across India’s Banking, Financial and Corporate Sector. Her deep understanding of the banking system gives us an edge while dealing with banks for the sanction of loans.

Her extensive experience in Project appraisal has helped tie-up bank and financial institutions funds for our clients in record time.

With more than two decades of experience, she has been mainly instrumental in moulding  into one of the most formidable players in the Indian Investment Banking and Corporate Finance industry.

Prior to co-founding , she has enjoyed senior management positions at Onida Finance Ltd., Apple Industries Ltd. and Canara Bank.

She is an M.M.S Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and holds a C.A.I.I.B from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
