Mahesh Yadav holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bombay University and possesses over Twenty (20) years of rich experience in the Information Technology Industry. He has contributed significantly towards the growth of a few very successful organizations. Over time, Mahesh has discovered that his passion is to build winning teams and motivate them to succeed at all levels.
In August of 2001, he opened the doors of a new and innovative Software Solutions Firm in Hamilton, New Jersey, USA - Optima Global Solutions, Inc., which now has offices in UK (Milton Keynes) and India (Mumbai), offers innovative IT solutions to small, medium and large size companies. Major clients include Wells Fargo Bank, Time Warner, Inc., Montclair State University, University of Pennsylvania, Bed Bath & Beyond, etc.
Having personally set very high standards of customer service, the Optima team reflects the “customer-driven” culture and an extra-ordinary level of dependability. This company has grown significantly over the past eight years in both size and scope and has earned its own reputation as being a Global High Growth company.
Mahesh began his lucrative career as a Marketing Executive for Patni Computer Systems, one of the top ten IT companies in India and quickly confirmed to himself that his forte and strengths were in the IT arena. He was the COO for Novasoft Information Technology Corp., based in Mercerville, NJ which he grew at from less than $ 300K revenue to $ 40m per annum in a span of 6 years. Prior to that as Asst. Vice President, he was a key member of the start-up and founding team of an India based Offshore Services Company – Hexaware Technologies and was responsible to set-up its US operations, which today is a major success story in India.
Mahesh is an Advisory Board Member with New Jersey Technology Council () and has served as a Board Member as well as Chairman of the IT/Software Track. An active member of Jumpstart Angels Network of New Jersey (), which provides capital assistance to early stage companies in New Jersey. As part of his ever growing association with Montclair State University, he currently serves as a member of the “Business Advisory Committee for the Business School” as well as the “Campaign for the Second Century Leadership Committee”. Mahesh is also the Founding Charter Member of TiE, NJ ( ).
Mahesh is an avid golfer and is the Founder and Chairman of South Asian Golf Association ( ), which promotes golf in the South Asian community.
Mahesh resides in New Jersey with his wife, Clara, and his two children Rhea (10) & Rehan (7).
