Nakul Toshniwal is Managing Director of Toshvin Analytical Pvt. Ltd., a leading company in the field of high technology laboratory, analytical and scientific instrumentation. � � He was previously a Director of Samson Controls Pvt. Ltd., and JV company with Samson AG of Germany which is in the business of Control Valves for industrial applications.� 

Prior to Toshvin Analytical, Nakul was a Financial Analyst with Cohen & Co., LLC a venture capital firm based in New York City.�  At Cohen & Co, he was involved in evaluating and investing in various early stage companies in the internet, software and medical technology space and also arranging and providing project finance for specialized infrastructure companies.�  Nakul has also been a Business Analyst with A.T. Kearney, Inc in New York City providing strategy and operations related consulting to various Fortune 500 companies.� 

Nakul graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management and a minor in Political Science. He was also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honour Society.�  He is currently a member of the Wharton Alumni Association of India and President of the Mumbai chapter of the Kodaikanal International School Alumni Association.�  � 

Nakul is an avid golfer and enjoys playing tennis, swimming and travelling extensively.
