Synopsis� 

He is a Chartered Accountant and an Executive Director of Ladderup Corporate Advisory Private Limited and leads a team of more than 25 CA’s and MBA’s. He has a rich experience of over 20 years in the field of Investment and Merchant banking as well as in the Finance field.� � 

He is a dynamic Investment Banker and has hands-on experience in Corporate Finance, Business Strategy and Business Development. He has over a period of time established sound networking with various Companies, Financial Institutions and Private Equity Players. He has bagged many big- ticket Debt and Equity raising mandates in his present capacity at Ladderup and has successfully completed these deals. In Ladderup Finance Limited which has a corpus of Rs.25 crores and provides seed funding for growth companies, he is a member of the Investment committee and has been instrumental in making investments in various early stage companies in the Retail Garments, Medical Accessories and Dairy Segments.� 

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and started with his own Practice in Kolkata as a practicing chartered accountant for 5 years.�  He shifted to Mumbai in 1993 and worked with Brescon Corporate Advisors Limited and has also worked in varied industries like textiles, glass and plastics in senior management positions.
