Have been working with� Charak Pharma Pvt. Ltd.(makers of Ayurvedic & Herbal Medicines)� as an� “Executive Director”� (sales and marketing / domestic and international)� for the last ten years. Responsible for the marketing and sales activity of the entire group. Responsible for ensuring Charak’s leadership position in the domestic doctor prescribed herbal market. Was responsible in forming a marketing agreement with� ‘Novartis India’� for our animal health business.

Was responsible on starting the export business of our company and now Charak exports to more than 25 countries all over the world and in some countries our products are market leaders as well. Responsible for starting a specialty new division called PHYTONOVA. Changed the culture of the organisation by making it more professional and system driven.

Reoriented our business to be more competitive internationally and strategically changed our position to also being a GMP and WHO endorsed company which provides world class manufacturing facilities as well. Responsible for planning the company’s foray into the consumer over the counter market.
