Sameer is a co-founder and partner of ALMT Legal, which was set up in London and now has offices in
Mumbai and Bangalore. Sameer is currently located in the firm's Mumbai office, where he leads its dispute
resolution and real estate practices.

Sameer graduated from Bombay University (now the University of Mumbai) with a bachelor's degree in
Commerce in 1992 and from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai, with a bachelor's degree in
law in 1995. In the same year he was admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. Sameer started his
career training with a renowned Indian law firm in Mumbai in 1992.

Sameer has acted for multinational clients located globally and pursuing litigation claims in India. He has been
retained by several airlines, advising them on commercial contracts, risk insurance and liability and regulatory
and cargo claims. Sameer has also advised media, corporate and business entitites and has represented and
appeared in various Courts of India. Sameer also has a strong real estate and private client practice. Sameer's
articles have been published in the International Bar News, India Business Law Journal and various other
chamber publications.

Sameer is a regular speaker at the aviation and travel law session at the annual International Bar Association
Conference. He is a member of the British Business Group, Inter-Pacific Bar Association, International Bar
Association, TIE Mumbai, EU Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce
& Industry, Mumbai Angels and the Entrepreneurs Organisation - Bombay Chapter.
