Siddharth Bafna is a partner and the head of the Corporate Finance & Transaction Services Practice at Lodha & Co., one of India’s leading accounting firms, with 6 offices nationwide. He is a rank-holding Chartered Accountant and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, USA.Siddharth has several years of Corporate Finance experience, having worked on a number of M&A/ PE engagements, across industry sectors.Prior to joining Lodha & Co., he worked in the Process & Strategy practice of Accenture, India.

1. PPI Blowpack – Advised on successful sale of stake in PPI Blowpack to Blackstone owned packaging company called Graham, a $2.5 billion US based company

2. Bigtree (www.bookmyshow.com) – Advised on successful sale of majority stake to Network 18 Group

3. Markwel Hose - Advised on successful sale of industrial hose business to $13 billion Parker Hannifin, USA

4. Graphite India – Advised on successful cross-border acquisition of a German graphite electrode manufacturer

5. India’s largest timber trader – Advised on bid for acquisition of South Africa’s second largest timber plantation company

6. Clariant – Advised on sale of stake in Indian Joint Venture Company

Currently advising on acquisition of stake in US based packaging company, sale of a facilities management company, stake sale in a restaurant company, PE fund raising for an infrastructure company, acquisition of wind energy farms for an IPP, etc.
