Bharat Khanna is the Managing Director of Khanna Hotels Private Limited and leads the growth and strategic initiatives for the existing family hotel business in India. He formulated the family company’s owned real estate strategy and is responsible for sourcing and executing of new acquisition and development opportunities
From November 2008 through September 2010, Bharat was an Executive Managing Director and co-founder of Och-Ziff Asia Real Estate and was responsible for building out their Asian real estate investing platform in India
Prior to moving to India, he worked for 3 years in Morgan Stanley’s New York office, where he evaluated and invested in real estate opportunities throughout the United States
