Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit early in life, Mr. Gautam Ahuja started his first venture – Quikbite.com at the age of 19.
This venture enabled him to get a hands-on feel of the way businesses operate, key drivers, challenges, and the myriad efforts required to drive across an idea which is ahead of its time. Simultaneously, he immersed himself in his family business which was real estate and took over as Managing Director, Ahuja Constructions in 2006. Since then, he has been involved in the entire spectrum of business activities ranging from project design to construction management, financial closures, legal aspects and also marketing activities within the company. With an unflinching desire to meet challenges head-on, he has combined patience, passion and persistence to take the company where it is today. With a vision to develop 1 million sq.ft . yoy, he has streamlined internal systems and processes, setting a clear cut road map in order to ensure the growth and transformation of the organization into a leading corporate in the real estate domain. Devoted to building a company of the future, he has also completed the Owner/ President Management Program (OPM-42) from Harvard Business School and constantly seeks to adopt the best corporate business practices. |
