Raj R. Rughani is a Director at Ashray Developers Pvt. Ltd. – a real estate development firm based out of Mumbai. He currently heads the Investments, Marketing and Finance divisions at Ashray Developers.
Prior to joining the family business at Ashray in Mumbai, Mr. Rughani was with the Acquisitions group at Castellan Real Estate Partners, a Private Equity firm based out of New York.
Raj received a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the New York University, and an Undergraduate Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he graduated as a James Scholar. |
